Once a year in August, a feast is held in the South Moravian village of Hrušky. Young people dress up in festive costumes, children look forward to cakes and merry-go-rounds, older generations to wine and meeting friends. Three years ago, this village was hit by a tornado, but in 2023, everyone was already celebrating the feasts as they did years before the tornado and before covid. The photos are part of my long-term project, the form of which is only taking shape.
